Do It Yourself Hot Oil Treatment

Hot oil are expensive especially if you have a long hair. But why go to the salon when you can do it at home? All you need are the following items:

1. heating cap (I bought mine for P999.00)

2. shower cap

3. hot oil treatment wax (this can be bought at watsons or hbc and there are a lot of varieties to choose from)

First, you have to shampoo your hair. Towel dry the excess water. Then you can apply your chosen hot oil treatment wax unto your hair. After that, wrap your hair with a shower cap. Then put on the heating cap for 30 minutes. Then rinse off.

It's that easy and it's a big saving compared to going to the salon every two weeks.

SUGAR SUGAR

Sugar can be used as body scrub. After washing off soap, rub sugar all over your body especially the elbows and knees and other rough areas. Leave it for about 2 minutes. Then wash it off thoroughly. You're skin will feel so velvety and smooth right after.
