I went to a dermatologist last Sunday to have a facial. During our consultation, I asked him if they offer diamond peel. He said that they don't have it. He said that diamond peel is not really that effective. So he suggested that I will undergo chemical peel to address my problem of uneven skin tone. My forehead is darker than the rest of my face. I took the 4 sessions plus 2 facials package amounting to Php 3,500. I also bought a hypo soap(Php 65), sunblock with SPF 80(Php 200), and a whitening cream(Php 150) from their clinic.
When he applied the chemical (he mentioned it was glycolic), my face was itchy and with a light burning sensation. But it only lasted for about a minute.
I still have 3 more sessions to go.
