It's the time of the month again and I am worried about leaks and stains because of my heavy period.
When I was in college, a friend mentioned that she uses a diaper during heavy days. Our school uniform was all white so we really need to be very careful to avoid extra attention. So I also tried it. And it really works! I don't have to worry about leaks and stains anymore especially during bed time. But I only use it during heavy days like the 2nd and 3rd day.
Although it is not very comfortable making the diaper as your sanitary pad, at least it gives you that extra protection from leaks and stains.
