BAD ODOR

Some women have a very bad smell down there. Poor hygiene and excessive sweating are the most common culprit. So take a bath and change your undies as often. Panty liners are okay but be sure to change it regularly. Wiping off after using the bathroom also helps. Avoid wearing too tight clothes that will trap sweat in it. And lastly, include probiotics in your diet like yogurt yoghurt.
